Expand the awareness of the Mediamesh product outside of its current advertising medium niche

Strategy:

The SWOT analysis determined the following:

  • Within the design process Architects view a building as having its own distinctive personality
  • Certain building types are looking to diminish their bland appearance
  • Use of large video screens are somewhat limited due to design inflexibility and daylighting issues

Strategic Considerations:

  • Architects visit Architectural blog sites on a daily basis
  • Video is becoming more popular as a research tool
  • Social media is growing in its use by Architects
  • Changing demographics of firms

Results:

  • Over the last two years only a small percentage of the projects are advertising medium related, most are now Museum, Education and Healthcare building types.
